2.1 Basic request
To use the existing ADSL line and make all video signals into the long-distance transmission, which try to realize the modernization management. Teachers and parents can watch the children's situation in any time through the monitoring control center. According to the pictures' browsing and controlling, they may realize the video frequency (audio frequency) transcribing, returns puts, the inquiry, and provides the service for the kindergarten and the guardian.
2.2 Equipment Installment
According to users' demand, the equipment disposition mainly composed by the kindergarten monitoring center equipment, sub-controlled spots equipment and the front monitoring equipment.
The equipments of the kindergarten monitoring center include: the Monitors main engine, server software.
Each sub-control center: The customer PC, customer software or using IE browser.
The front monitoring equipment includes: The video server (JAT-S), the high speed ball machine (or platform + platform decoding + video camera), the cabinet (in view of outside monitoring spot, video server, platform unification, decoding and power source installed and composed together).
The equipments which will be installed outside should suit the environment product, including platform decoding, platform and so on.
System S tructure Composition
The system is mainly composed by three parts: The Front monitoring; Monitoring Control Center ; The sub-control Center.
3.1 The Front monitoring
The core equipment is the network video server JAT-S, the video signal of the webcam is directly through JAT-S and the ADSL connection. The webcam model may choose by the position of monitoring spot and the function, you may consider as the following disposes:
Each monitoring spot may choose the ordinary camera, the belt platform camera or the high speed ball colored camera by the actual request, this proposal would choose the same ball camera machine according to the real situation.

3.2 Monitoring Center Server
The monitoring center establishes a main monitoring engine, installs the JAT server software. The server manages all front JAT-S and monitoring equipments, and maintenance with their network connection; at the same time, all users may register any computer server through the local area network to carry on the surveillance, the inquiry, the video recording according to the different jurisdiction. After the server software installment completely, the system automatically deposit the video recording material memory route, the user may revise the disposition by using the server management software, the system supports the video recording material distributional memory, which has provided the possibility for the large capacity memory.
The user may only just install JAT software on the Internet computer, the system manager provides the legitimate status and the system using jurisdiction, which it may become the monitoring workstation.
Monitors software: Provides 4/9/12 /16 pictures real-time monitoring, platform or ball control camera machine and so on.
The video signal of the Front monitoring camera is directly connected with the network through the video server, which realizes true significance digitized video transmission system. The monitoring center only needs one computer to be the server (server disposes corresponding the quantity hard disk due to the video recording demand). It may dispose a projecting apparatus link with the workstation, using the direct-viewing surveillance.
